    We are pleased to invite you to an exclusive 4-hand wine dinner hosted by Mr. Carlos de Carlos, representative of Viña Cobos, curated by Regent Hong Kong and Fogón Asado in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

    Viña Cobos is the inspired vision of Paul Hobbs, a dreamer and pioneer who took on the challenge of crafting world-class wines on a level never been achieved before in Argentina. Over the past twenty years, the team has dedicated to expressing the true essence of the terroir of two premier growing regions of Mendoza - Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco, producing wines with finesse, complexity and authenticity.

    In the evening, Chef Amine Errkhis, Head Chef of The Steak House, and Chef Sebastián Cardamoni of Fogón Asado will join hands to create a unique five-course menu to celebrate the art of open-fire cooking of Argentina’s grilling traditions, premium beef, and global culinary influences, pairing with the fine wines of Viña Cobos.
