    We are pleased to invite you to a wine dinner hosted by Mr. Maurizio Zanella, Founder and Chairman of Ca’ del Bosco, who will visit Hong Kong in February.

    The story of Ca’ del Bosco began in 1964 when Annamaria Clementi Zanella acquired the estate in the heart of Franciacorta region, with two hectares of land surrounded by thick oak and chestnut woods. Today, it is managed by the second generation Maurizio Zanella, a passionate art lover who submerges a variety of site-specific artworks into the estate to express values and concepts associated with the natural cycles of the vineyards and their surroundings.

    The Ca’ del Bosco method of winemaking means paying close attention to every little detail. The team employs an innovative system of “grape spa”, where the grapes are washed and dried to eliminates unwanted materials to create more intense and purer wines of top quality. Apart from the world-renowned sparkling wines produced with the traditional method, the winery also crafts a range of still wines that fully express their respective terroirs.
