    Dear Wine Lover,

We are pleased to invite you to a wine dinner hosted by Mr. Emmanuel Cruse of Vignobles Cruse-Lorenzetti, who will visit Hong Kong in March.

Owned by the Cruse family since 1945, Château d’Issan is one of the iconic Grand Cru Classé in Margaux with a history dating back to the early 12th century. It neighbours Château Margaux and Château Palmer, situated in a magnificent terroir for producing wines with great finesse and elegance. Emmanuel Cruse has been managing this historical property for almost 30 years, restoring its former glory with ambitious investments on the vineyards, winery and cellar.

In 2022, Emmanuel Cruse formed Vignobles Cruse-Lorenzetti with French businessman Jacky Lorenzetti, who had also acquired Grand Cru Classé Château Lafon-Rochet, along other properties in Bordeaux. This estate is considered to be a typical representation of Saint-Estèphe but seldom receives the attention it deserves. With the new ownership and management, it is now put back in serious play alongside other Classified Growths and is definitely the one to watch in the region.
