    We are pleased to invite you to a Champagne dinner with a menu especially created by the team of HIKA, at Aura on Pennington – the latest dining hotspot in town.

    Champagne celebrates the good moments of your life and unlocks the joy you have from the prestige bubbles. The majority of the wines are made by three kinds of producers: Négociant-Manipulant (NM, champagne houses), Coopérative de Manipulation (CM, cooperatives) and Récoltant-Manipulant (RM, growers). They are categorised by different approaches and philosophies, however, there is no simple distinction on the quality of the wines. In Champagne itself, there is no such segregation. The complex and diverse relationships between champagne brands and the vineyards proffer us a great diversity of finest sparkling wines made with the region’s cool climate and chalky soil.

    In the evening, you will have the chance to taste and compare different cuvées from each category, namely, Gosset (NM), Palmer & Co. (CM), Beaumont des Crayères (CM), and , Pierre Paillard (RM), and most importantly, discover your own favourite.
