Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards – the largest event of its kind to evaluate Chinese wines based on international standards – with a vision to promote Chinese wines on a global stage. Following a successful inaugural event in 2024, the 2025 awards showcased nearly 900 wines from 200 wineries, evaluated by 27 esteemed international judges, including Jeremy Stockman, Managing Director of Watson’s Wine, and Fongyee Walker MW, Mainland China’s first resident Master of Wine.
While China has a rich history that spans several millennia, its tradition of grape winemaking is relatively new. In recent years, the Chinese wine industry has seen significant growth characterized by an increase in wineries and vineyards. With well-established winemaking techniques yielding high-quality wines, Wynn Signature Chinese Wine Awards remains committed to selecting China’s top wines, commending outstanding winemakers, and promoting the excellence of Chinese wines to international markets – all paving the way for a more robust future for China’s wine industry.
