We are pleased to invite you to a Napa Valley wine dinner hosted by Ms. Jimena Tognion, Brand Ambassador of Treasury Wine Estates.

Established in 1876, Beringer is the oldest continuously operating winery in Napa Valley. It is the only winery that has ever been awarded Wine Spectator's Wine of the Year for both a red and white wine and has appeared on that publication's "Top 100 list" more times than any other producers in the world. Stags’ Leap Winery is another historical estate in the region. It is best known for its Petite Sirah made from some very old vines, which is refined and elegant.

For its 10th anniversary, Bistecca specially prepares an exclusive fat-aged steak menu for the evening. Selected from an Australian Wagyu and Black Angus crossbreed bone-in rib eye, the specific cut is wrapped with richly spiced beef kidney fat for an extended wet-aging process, to create a tender and juicy steak with unique but not overwhelming flavours.
