    We are pleased to invite you to Silver Heights (銀色高地) wine dinner hosted at Ming Pavilion, Island Shangri-La Hong Kong.

    Silver Heights is a family-owned boutique winery in Ningxia, which has rapidly gained international attention since its first vintage in 2007. Located on the eastern slopes of Helan Mountains with an altitude of 1,200 metres, the estate was founded by Lin Gao and his daughter, the Bordeaux-graduated winemaker Emma Gao. Today, the family farms 70 hectares of vineyards with sustainable and biodynamic methods to craft organic and artisan wines that reflect the unique terroir of their homeland.

    The wines are widely recognised as some of the top from China, notably the Burgundian-styled “Chardonnay Reserve”, which had been selected to serve in a State Banquet of China; and the “Emma’s Reserve” is a private collection of winemaker Emma, which only produces 2,000 bottles every year, representing the highest quality of Silver Heights. br>
