    Dear Wine Lover,

We are pleased to invite you to a workshop to discover the sensory journey of coffee and wine, hosted by professional barista and coffee trainer Ms. Kris Wang at sensory ZERO.

While one is usually enjoyed in the day, and the other at night, there are a lot of similarities between coffee and wine. When terroir is probably the most spoken term in the wine world, coffee also comes in many varieties and is grown in different places around the globe. Together with the decisions on the processing and roasting of the coffee beans that parallels to the works of a winemaker, all these factors define the aromas, flavours and textures of a coffee.

sensory ZERO is a team of coffee experts devoted to creating multi-dimensional sensory experience to everyone. Join our coffee and wine workshop and taste through six coffees with different origins and processing methods, expertly selected by their Head Trainer Kris Wang, followed by a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon from Château d'Armailhac (Bordeaux), Col d'Orcia (Tuscany), Vasse Felix (Margaret River) and Orin Swift (California).

More details on the Facebook LIVE at 4:30pm: https://www.watsonswine.com/watsons-hour/20220122_coffee-vs-wine
