    “Everyday Everywhere eStamp Rewards” Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions :

    1. “Everyday Everywhere eStamp Rewards” Lucky Draw (the “Promotion”) is applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards (excluding Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.

    2. The promotion period is from 2 January 2026 to 28 February 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

    3. To participate in the Promotion, Cardholders are required to install the DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+ app”), complete the registration of DBS Card+ app account, and turn on the notification in the menu of DBS Card+ app by clicking "More" icon, then choose "App & Security Settings" > "Push Notifications" > turn on "InstaRedeem" to receive notifications before conducting any Eligible Transactions (as defined in clause 4 below).

    4. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who complete a single net transaction of HK$200 or above at designated merchants in Hong Kong (“Merchant”, please find the details in clause 5 below) with the Applicable Credit Card ("Eligible Transaction") will receive 1 stamp. The stamp will be displayed on the “Spending” page of DBS Card+ app. For every 2 stamps collected by the Cardholder, the next Eligible Transaction completed with the Applicable Credit Card (the 3rd order) can participate in the lucky draw automatically once. The lucky draw result will be shown instantly on the “Spending” page of DBS Card+ app for the Eligible Transaction with a red button of offer (“Red Button”) enclosed once Cardholders click the Red Button. Cardholders have a chance to win the following offer (“Offer”): “HK$200 InstaRedeem” or “HK$100 InstaRedeem” or “HK$50 InstaRedeem”. Cardholders can tap the red button to use the Offer to off-set the amount payable for that spending.

    5. Please refer to the Bank website to check the designated merchants which have participated in the Promotion.

    6. To enjoy the above Offer, Cardholders must complete the 3rd Eligible Transactions mentioned above within Promotion Period (the 3rd order must be completed on or before 28 February 2026) and must tap the Red Button mentioned above to redeem the Offer and deduct the amount payable for that spending on or before 14 March 2026. When the Red Button on the “Spending” page of DBS Card+ app disappears after the expiration date, Cardholders will be deemed to have forfeited the Offer automatically. The Bank will not make any special arrangements and any forms of compensation. The time for posting of transaction and displaying the transaction on DBS Card+ app “Spending” page will be depended on the merchant category, payment processing time of merchant or payment gateway.

    7. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions: i. Any transactions that are subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, ii. Any autopay, installment, unposted transactions, bill payment transactions made through DBS iBanking, JET Payment Service, 24-hour Customer Services Hotline, transactions made via “Pay & Transfer” function in DBS Card+ app or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time; iii. Payment via eWallet (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), all reloads of e-Wallet and Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service; iv. Any other type of transaction as determined by the Bank from time to time.

    8. Each Eligible Transaction can only be awarded 1 stamp of this Promotion. Each Cardholder can only receive a maximum of 1 stamp per day from each of AS Watson Group's brands and can only receive a maximum of 3 stamps per day in this Promotion. Each DBS Card+ app account can enjoy the Offer up to 3 times during the Promotion Period.

    9. The quotas for the Offer are on a first-come, first-served basis. The Bank will no longer issue any red button of this Promotion when the quota is full, and quota full message will be shown on the page in DBS Card+ app> Rewards > Marketing Offers > the Promotion page if quota of the Offer is full.

    10. The Offer of this Promotion cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other “InstaRedeem” promotion offers/reward offered by the Bank and the merchants. If a Cardholder’s Eligible Transaction meets the requirements of other "InstaRedeem" promotion offer/reward at the same time, the Bank has the right to determine which offer/reward to be awarded in respect of that Eligible Transaction. When that Eligible Transaction has already been awarded under the Offer of this Promotion, the same Eligible Transaction cannot be awarded again under other "InstaRedeem" promotions and vice versa. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision.

    11. This Promotion is only applicable to the Merchant outlets in Hong Kong.

    12. If the Cardholder encounters any technical issues on the electronic device and network, including but not limited to communication system failure, interruption, suspension, delay, unavailability, or other defects of the electronic device resulting in the failure of proceeding the lucky draw proceed, the Cardholder shall not in any of the aforesaid circumstances, make any claim or take legal action against the Bank in relation to the lucky draw. The Bank has the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether to make any special arrangement and offer any form of compensation for the Cardholder's failure to conduct the lucky draw.

    13. If a Cardholder cancels the related Eligible Transaction, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from enjoying the rewards and debit the value of the offers/rewards from the Cardholder 's Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

    14. Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.

    15. The Offer entitled by Cardholders shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record (including time and date). Cardholders must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require Cardholders to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents, or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and Cardholder’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.

    16. Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the Bank will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

    17. The Bank may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s decision is final.

    18. Promotion information will remain accessible up to one week after the end of the Promotion.

    19. The English version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.

     

    “Enjoy HK$100,000 Rewards from 5 Lifestyle Brand Stores!” Promotion Terms and Conditions :

    1. “1.“Enjoy HK$100,000 Rewards from 5 Lifestyle Brand Stores!” Promotion (“Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Cards (excluding Business Cards) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (“The “Bank”). This Promotion is not applicable to supplementary cardholders.

    2. Promotion period starts from 00:00,  2  January  2026 to 23:59,  28 February 2026 (Hong Kong Time), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

    3. A Cardholder who wishes to participate in the Promotion must log in DBS Card+ mobile application (“DBS Card+ app”) and register for the Promotion under the “Rewards” page with Applicable Credit  Card and  conduct below eligible transaction(s) with the registered Applicable Credit Card during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction, as defined in clause 4 below”). The C ardholder is  entitled  lucky draw chance(s). The lucky draw chance(s) that each Cardholder shall be entitled in the Promotion does not have any limit.  Each Cardholder can only win ONCE during the whole Promotion Period. The Bank has the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a Cardholder is eligible for the lucky draw. Each Cardholder  is required to register the Promotion once only. If a Cardholder wishes to  participate in the  lucky draw, he/she must successfully register for the Promotion before the end of Promotion Period (which is  28 February 2026 23:59, Hong Kong Time), and complete Eligible Transaction(s) with the registered Applicable Credit Card  in the Promotion Period. Cardholders who do not have a DBS Card+ app account must first install DBS Card+ app and register a DBS Card+ app account to participate in this Promotion. 

    4.To  this Promotion, Eligible Transaction  refers to  a  single net transaction upon HK$200 or above made at AS Watson Group's brands in Hong Kong, and it is posted with official payment records. Whether the transaction is a dining transaction will be determined by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion. 

    5.Please refer to the Bank website to check the list of AS Watson Group's brands which have participated in the Promotion.

    6.For avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not fall under the scope of Eligible Transaction: Flexi Shopping Programme, all bill payment transactions made via DBS iBanking/JET Payment Service/24-hour Customer Services Hotline or any other means as specified by the Bank from time to time, transaction that has been subject to cancellation, charge-back, return of goods and/or refund, payment via eWallet (except for Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay), transfer/reloads of e-Wallet or Octopus Automatic Add-Value Service, transactions made via “Pay & Transfer” function in DBS Card+ app or any other types of transactions as the Bank may specify from time to time.

    7.The lucky draw will be drawn randomly by the computer on or before 30 April 2026. The prizes (the “Prize”) details are listed as below. The draw result will be announced on DBS website (go.dbs.com/hk-ld-result-en) (“the Bank’s website”) on or before 15 May 2026. Cardholders can check the draw result on the Bank’s website. After the announcement of the lucky draw result,the Bank will notify the winner by sending email to the email address registered by the winner in the Bank or a winner notification will be pushed to the winner via DBS Card+ app on or before 31 May 2026 with the Terms and Conditions of the use of the prizes. Please check the notification at DBS Card+ app. The winner is required to have a valid email address under the Bank’s record or a DBS Card+ app account during the Promotion Period and when the lucky draw is conducted, or else the winner will be treated as disqualified without further notice. The winner must follow the instructions in the email or push notification to redeem the prize. The prize will be invalid after the expiry date.  

    8.Cardholders must successfully register as a MoneyBack member to qualify for the Grand Prize or the 3rd prize.

    9.The Cash Rebate Prize will be credited to the valid credit card account of winner on or before 31 May 2026 and shown on winner’s next monthly statement. 

    10.This Promotion is only applicable to the Merchant outlets in Hong Kong.

    11.The Prize is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Prize is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Prize.

    12.If a Cardholder cancels the related Eligible Transaction, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from enjoying the offers/prizes and debit the value of the offers/prizes from the Cardholder 's Applicable Credit Card account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts.

    13.The Prize entitled by winners shall be determined by the Bank at its sole discretion based on the Bank’s record. Winners must retain the original transaction slips of any transactions. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to require winners to submit the relevant original transaction slips, other documents or evidence for verification. The submitted transaction slips, documents and/or evidence will not be returned. If there is any discrepancy between the Bank’s record and winner’s record of any transaction, the Bank’s record shall prevail.

    14.The Bank is not the supplier of the products/services and the description, photos or reference price (if any) in relation to the products/services, which are not provided by the Bank and intended to be for reference only. Any enquiry, claim or complaint in relation to the quality or availability of the products/services or the accuracy of any of the aforementioned information contained on this marketing material shall be directed to the participating suppliers. The Bank shall assume no liability in respect thereof.
