Domaine de la Jobeline Macon Verze Allure 2021
Domaine de la Jobeline was recently acquired by Domaines Leflaive, one of the Burgundy’s greatest white wine domaines. With 11 hectares of vines concentrated in the Mâcon, Pierre Maillet's family is a well-established source for excellent expressions of this Burgundy terroir. Pierre is completely committed to turning out the best wines he can possibly make and bolstering the reputation of the Mâcon as a destination for world-class Chardonnay. Emphasising freshness, hand-harvested grapes are quickly pressed upon harvest to preserve their quality. Citrus fruits on the nose, with touches with mango, pineapple & lychee. Harmonious to the palate distinguished by an exotic weave, compact with an elegant finish. Cheers!

Nicolas Jay L'Ensemble Pinot Noir 2021
In 2013, inspired by a three-decade interest in the quality and potential of Oregon’s Pinot Noirs, Jean-Nicolas Meo partnered with his longtime friend, Jay Boberg, and founded Nicolas-Jay in the Willamette Valley. At Nicolas-Jay, Jean-Nicolas has applied his viticultural experience and insights of making Pinot Noirs in Burgundy to craft exciting and elegant Pinot Noirs that authentically show the terroir of the Willamette Valley. The 2021 L’Ensemble Pinot Noir is a stunning example of a well-crafted Pinot Noir from Oregon. It explodes with notes of crushed red raspberries, Bing cherries, toasted cinnamon stick, Blood orange zest, and dried violet flowers with just a smidgeon of earthy notes that keep things interesting. Perfect levels of acidity, spice, and fruit complete this decadent and phenomenal wine.

Chris Ringland Randall's Hill Shiraz 2014 75cl
Chris Ringland is highly revered in Australia and, even though he makes wines in often tiny quantities, his fame has spread far. He makes wines from 100-year-old, low-yielding, non-irrigated Shiraz vines in his own vineyard, and additional grapes are sourced from cooler spots in the Barossa Ranges. Robert Parker Jr has written that his wine is “arguably the greatest Shiraz make in Australia”. Randall’s Hill is the second label from Chris Ringland’s Stone Chimney Creek vineyard, a 2ha plot purchased by Chris in 1994. The juice is vinified in small batches to produce a collection of barrels which Chris matures under his house which sits beside the vineyard. Truly, a Barossa Valley domaine wine. The reserve Randall’s Hill is a more fruit forward wine than the Barossa Ranges Shiraz.

Rhys Alpine Vineyard 'Swan Terrace' Pinot Noir 2019 75cl
Founded by Kevin Harvey in 2004, the winery works with the mission of maintaining their high standards and even achieving a higher note of elegance and uniqueness in their drinks. The 2019 Pinot Noir Swan Terrace bounds from the glass with a blue-fruited, floral aromatic intensity that initially feels more composed and collected than the exuberant Alpine bottling. The palate is exquisite and lifted, with a suave, silky polish that unfolds into a layered but inward finish laden with sturdy, chalky tannins and delicious dark fruits.

Paul Hobbs Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 75cl
Twice named Robert Parker's “Wine Personality of the Year”, Paul Hobbs has a reputation for crafting some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are sourced from the legendary "To Kalon" vineyard, one of California’s most historic and premium sites. The name To Kalon literally means “highest good” in Greek, a fitting description for a vineyard so well-regarded for its superlative fruit and as the source of the legendary Georges de Latour wines. The resulting wine presents finely sculpted layers of cassis, cocoa, and graphite, with an endless finish adorned by velvety yet stately tannins.

Poggio di Sotto Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2018 75cl
Poggio di Sotto was established in 1989 on the South-East side of Montalcino. It became part of the ColleMassari family in 2011. Since the foundation, the Estate has become famous for the high quality of the Sangiovese. “Poggio di Sotto hits it out the ballpark once again with an extremely elegant interpretation that shows the incredible depth and nuance Sangiovese can achieve, even in an uneven vintage such as this. The certified organic 2018 Brunello di Montalcino reveals a dark ruby hue and mid-weight concentration. Indeed, the wine is lighter and brighter than most, despite Brunello’s mandatory five years of aging before its commercial release. The tannins are silky and melt over the palate. Along the way, the wine offers high notes of red cherry, cassis and blue flower.
