Piper Heidsieck Cuvee Brut NV

Piper Heidsieck is one of the most awarded Champagne House of the century. Régis Camus, its Cellar Master, has also been recognized as the “Sparkling Winemaker of the Year” on 8 occasions by International Wine Challenge. Its Cuvee Brut is elaborated from a blend of the great diversity of the Champagne terroirs and a minimum of 30% reserve wines. With a minimum of 24 months ageing on lees, followed by a minimum of 6 months ageing after disgorgement, the Cuvee Brut is added with a greater complexity and structure.
