72% cabernet, 28% shiraz. It spends time in oak but the idea is that it show minimal oak flavour; designed to be light and elegant. Good colour, fragrance, texture and drinkability; the flavours flow evenly and well. Minted blackcurrant is the essential flavour profile, redcurrant and dust as sidelines. Professional wine rating scores from a wide range of critics, for example Robert Parker's Wine Advocate and Wine Spectator, are usually adjusted for the 100-point scale. A mean of these scores is presented for specific vintages of a wine, as well as across all vintages.
