About The Wine

This is a dense and layered blend of 85% chardonnay with pinot bianco and sauvignon blanc. Yet, it remains agile and vivid with lots of brightness and energy. The acidity and finely textured phenolics frame the wine nicely. Hints of nuts and stones to the apple, pineapple, peach and mango character. Extremely long and vibrant. Some mineral and licorice at the end. JS
