About The Wine

The 2020 Quebrada Seca is Chardonnay comes from 4.42 hectares of vines with very low yields, fermented in old Burgundian barrels with indigenous yeasts and matured in those barrels for two years. It's balanced and very fresh and with volume. It's fresh and harmonious, with a moderate 13% alcohol and very good acidity (7.7 grams). RP
