About The Wine

The 2006 Eric Stevens Purbrick Cabernet Sauvignon is leafy and mineral, layered as it is with crème de cassis, eucalypt, licorice, leather and tobacco leaf. It's a very fine Cabernet Sauvignon, with a core of blood plum. The tannins are a highlight, and they're finely milled. RP
