Excellent depth and complexity here. Intricate mineral, creamy citrus, pastry with pineapple and warm stone notes. The width and texture on the palate are impressive, but this doesn’t feel heavy at all thanks to the saline touch and the bright acidity. Fresh, elegant and very smoothly rendered despite the excellent intensity. Lengthy finish goes on and on. JS
