Located 500 metres above sea level in Macedon Ranges, Bindi Wines is a boutique family-owned winery specialising in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in their 7-hectare vineyard planted in 1988 with a variety of sites, soils and aspects. The wines are world-class, and on a par with any of the other tiny-production icon wines of Australia. It is rated as a 5-red-star winery (the highest rating) by James Halliday for its long track record of excellence.

On 12 May (Thu), Mr. Michael Dhillon, winemaker of Bindi, who just received the “Winemaker of the Year 2022” award by James Halliday, will join us online to share his winemaking philosophy on crafting terroir-driven wines with richness, intensity and precision. We will be tasting together two wines - Original Vineyard Pinot Noir and Block 5 Pinot Noir, both naturally made with minimalistic intervention, showing outstanding balance and purity.
