    Dear Wine Lover,

    We are pleased to invite you to a California wine dinner hosted by Ms. Jasmine Hirsch of Hirsch Vineyards, and Mr. Michael Cruse of Cruse Wine Co., who will visit Hong Kong in February.

    Situated in Sonoma Coast bordering on the Pacific Ocean, Hirsch Vineyards was firstly planted by the owner David Hirsch in 1980. The family meticulously farms the vineyards, mostly planted with Pinot Noir and a tiny quantity of Chardonnay, by 60 different blocks with biodynamic methods to express the profound complexity of their coastal site.

    Cruse Wine Co., the namesake winery founded by Michael Cruse in 2013, bottles a range of terroir-driven wines with grapes across Northern California, but it is his sparkling wines that brought him practically overnight fame, including the award of San Francisco Chronicle’s Winemaker of the Year 2016. The wines are accessible, interesting, and uniquely Californian made in tiny quantity.
