A slightly cooler nose is composed by notes of airy wild red currant, smoky game and newly turned earth nuances. There is excellent power to the muscular broad-shouldered flavors that possess fine delineation and length on the moderately austere and lightly rustic finale. This too is very good though at least patience suggested as Fournieres always requires a few years to open up and develop better depth. BH
