The 2024 Pinot Noir is light and floral, with fine-boned tannins on the palate that provide gentle structure, like a house made of tissue paper. It tastes of strawberry compote, dried rose petals, red apple skins and gentle notions of musk sticks. The flavor builds over the palate and through the finish; however, this is an incredibly light wine, which walks a very fine line of "not having enough." RP
