Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) provides education and qualifications to inspire and empower the world’s wine and spirits professionals and enthusiasts. Food pairing is an indispensable topic in wine world although there is no such thing as “perfect match”. We, based on the systematic WSET method, will instead offer you some handy tips to select the wines for your Mid-Autumn festival feast.

Recently named “Winery of the Year” by James Halliday, McWilliam family has been producing some of the most iconic wines of Australia for six generations, headlined with Mount Pleasant in Hunter Valley and Evans & Tate in Margaret River.
