Dear Wine Lover,
We are pleased to invite you to a wine dinner featuring Palliser Estate at Senzuru Japanese Restaurant, Harbour Plaza Metropolis.
Planting its first vines in 1984, Palliser Estate was one of the pioneers of New Zealand’s Martinborough wine region, one of the country’s Pinot Noir capitals alongside with Central Otago. Consisting of around 72 hectares across six sites, the estate vineyard is majorly planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, and farmed sustainably and organically (BioGro Organic Certification).
The highlight of the lineup is Single Vineyard “Hua Nui” Pinot Noir, sourced from some of the best vines planted on a more elevated location 30 years ago in the namesake Hua Nui Vineyard, meaning “fruits of abundance” in Māori language. Only produced in best vintages, the wine is succulent and supple, with structural tannins offering exceptional drinkability and ageability.
