Here too there is a vaguely honeyed element to the ripe and more complex nose of poached pear and white peach plus a hint of phenolic character. On the palate there is better mid-palate fat and more evident minerality to the succulent and round middle weight flavors that possess surprisingly good cut on the equally dry, lemony and youthfully austere finale.
