A wonderful Mediterranean expression from Koyle showing sour cherries, wild herbs and white pepper. Pretty fleshy but super fresh. Medium to full body with really firm and chalky tannins. Quite mineral and ethereal in the finish. Nicely austere, gastronomic and elegant. JS
