It has an expressive and characterful nose, nothing about the oak, and with a very vibrant palate with very fine minerality, textured and with a very tasty effervescent finish. The wine has a very moderate 12% alcohol and a pH of 3.1 and 7.2 grams of acidity, previously unseen parameters. This wine has never been as fresh as this, and it has a lot of finesse. RP
