The Blanc de noir opens with bright aromas of raspberry, pear, peony and other fresh fruits and floral notes. On the palate it is crisp and vibrant yet retains a pleasantly rounded body that develop with each sip. The finish is lively and clean, enhancing its easy drinking character. A summer carefree wine to enjoy with friends.
Aromas of light peaches, citrus, green apples and hints of kelp and minerals. On the palate there are lots of fine leesy flavors. Not quite high in acidity, but the palate has convincing freshness, with a medium to full body and a nicely neutral but lengthy finish with a subtle yuzu bitterness at the end. There is around 20% riesling in this rkatsiteli to give a bit more weight and complexity. JS
