清蒸大閘蟹配酒

清蒸大閘蟹主要品嚐蟹的鮮味,可配氣泡酒或白酒,口感柔順酸爽可令味道更平衡更清爽,減輕蟹膏的油膩感,加上別緻的礦物味道和花香,與蟹膏馥郁甘香互相輝映,帶出極致的味道,但切記不要與醋同食。
