    We are pleased to invite you to a champagne dinner hosted by Mr. Eric Trichard, Deputy Cellar Master of Champagne Perrier-Jouët, who will visit Hong Kong in March.

    The famous Champagne house Perrier-Jouët was founded in Epernay by a couple who fell in love with each other, Pierre Nicolas-Marie Perrier and his wife Adèle Jouët. Since its foundation in 1811, Perrier-Jouët has crafted elegant, floral wines of rare finesse with a Chardonnay hallmark, and quickly established itself as one of the most prestigious houses in the Champagne region.

    The house is best known for the “Belle Epoque” cuvées of which the flower bottle was designed by a French Art Nouveau artist Emile Gallé in 1902. The prestige collection is elegant, delicate and crystalline - a perfect expression of the Perrier-Jouët style. In the evening, you will share the vision and 33-year experience of the house’s Deputy Cellar Master, with a menu especially prepared by Michelin-starred ZEST by Konishi.
