Zuccardi Q Malbec 2020 - 6 Bottle Pack

As they moved towards their winemaking vision, selected vineyard parcels were marked with the letter Q – Q for Quality. The Q series is thus ‘Regional Wines’ crafted from grapes from premium plots in the Valle de Uco. Zuccardi Q Malbec is deep purple in colour, with intense red and black fruit aromas. The palate is soft, silky, and well-structured, with freshness and minerality on the long finish. Zuccardi Finca Piedra Infinita 2016/2017/2018 3 Bottle Mixed Pack
Finca Piedra Infinita is one of five labels from the single vineyard or plot specific “Fincas” range, each produced in tiny quantities. It is made with Malbec sourced from 40 plots in the Valle de Uco Paraje Altamira vineyard, which sits at an altitude of 1,100 metres. Vinification takes place in concrete, using indigenous yeasts, and the wine is aged in a combination of concrete vats and large-format oak barrels. It has reached incredible levels of precision, harmony, and elegance with the purest of aromatics and extraordinary texture.
The 2016 achieved the perfect RP100, a product of an exceptionally cool vintage during which grapes ripened very slowly. The 2017 (RP98) vintage was more ‘typical’, delivering grapes in perfect health, while 2018 (RP100) was cold and dry, producing wine of great elegance. Take this extremely rare opportunity to try these three vintages side-by-side.
