Located in the outskirts of Adelaide, Barossa Valley is synonymous with the top Shiraz of Australia. The warm and dry appellation produces intensely concentrated full-bodied wine with generous fruit flavours that is unique in the world, which will improve with age and develop earthy complexity and chocolate appeals, for ten, twenty and even thirty years.

The region is also the home to some of the oldest continuously producing Shiraz vines in the world. On 29 May (Fri), we will have Elderton Wines, whose family’s original vineyard was initially planted in 1894, and Kaesler Wines, which produces their famous “Old Bastard Shiraz” from vines planted in 1893, on the live streaming.
