Literally meaning “roaming above the clouds”, Ao Yun (敖云) was founded as the first Grand Cru of the Himalayas, nestled in its foothills with astonishing high-altitudes from 2,200 to 2,600m, at the north of the Yunnan (雲南) province near the legendary city of Shangri-La (香格里拉).
