Bodega Alto Moncayo, in Campo de Borja, was founded by Australian winemaking legend Chris Ringland with the vision of producing world-class wine from 100% Garnacha grapes. Vineyards are situated on the slopes of the Moncayo foothills at altitudes of 500-800m, planted with vines up to 100 years old. Soils are a unique red clay and slate combination, allowing for a slow maturation of grapes which brings deep complexity. The estate produces three wines, each of which expresses the profound fruit profile and minerality of the terroir.
