關於此酒

Based on the Freiburg clone 1801, the 2022 Spatburgunder Gimmeldinger Schlossel opens with a delicate, fresh and fragrant yet also dense bouquet of red cherries and berries just like a Pinot from French clones. The wine is remarkably refined and elegant on the palate and reveals ripe and juicy fruit intertwined with finely crunchy tannins and delicate salinity. There is a lot of limestone texture here, even though the wine comes from calcareous loam and loess soils. RP
