Always a gold hue to the Premium, albeit bright and light. Complex and detailed, savoury in outlook with spicy oak, clotted cream and nutty lees, a touch of lemon juice and pith and neat phenolics throughout with a gentle tug on the finish. There’s a slight oxidative note within, adding another layer of detail. Impressive. Distinctly Bass Phillip. JH
