With fruit from Serralunga d'Alba, the organic Ceretto 2020 Barolo Prapo is extremely tight and linear with an almost crunchy quality. I love the wine's aromas of orange peel, graphite and pencil shaving. It's got it all. The Prapo remains finely textured and finessed.
