Streamlined, long, lingering rivulets of spicy, almost austere riesling. It has integrity, shape and line, punctuated by detailed nuance and poise. It is spicy – even tense in its disposition – layered with nutmeg, spring flowers, brine, green apple skins, crushed limestone, mineral slate, snow pea tendril and even lemongrass.
