Blush color. Very subtle nose with grapefruit and a hint of sour cream. Creamy and nicely bone-dry now despite the original residual sugar of 11.8%, which is now fully fermented to dryness. Creamy beads with a clean, pithy finish. Chardonnay, pinot noir and Ningxia rice wine. JS
