Stags' Leap於1893年成立，是美國加洲Napa Valley區其中一個最古老的酒莊。現任釀酒師Christophe Paubert曾於Chateau Gruaud-Larose、d’Yquem等名莊參與釀酒，有豐富釀酒經驗。Stags’ Leap以味道集中而且細緻的Cabernet Sauvignon而聞名，這支酒帶有豐富黑果味、紫羅蘭同黑胡椒等香味，單寧細膩並具複雜性，入口平易近人，不論現在或陳年後品嚐都可以。
