From the two original chardonnay blocks. Barrel fermented in barriques (25% new) and zero mlf. While the Crecy chardonnay is plusher and more open knit, this beautifully crafted wine is tighter and more mineral in style. Subtle scents of stone fruits and fresh sea spray together with a gentle nuttiness. Beautifully balanced and structured, finishing saline and very long. JH
