On 23 Sep (Thu), Mr. Shinichiro Shimizu 清水慎一郎, the owner of sake brand Zaku 作, will be joined by Mr. Kenichi Ohashi 大橋健一 MW, the only person who simultaneously holds the Master of Wine and Master of Sake honours in the world.
