Hacienda Solano is a boutique family-owned winery, located in the village La Aguilera, where some of the best and oldest vineyards of Ribera del Duero are located. The family initially sold their grapes to some legendary producers like Vega Sicilia and Emilio Moro, before inviting winemaker Toni Sarrión to make their own wines in 2016. The wines are meticulously crafted to reflect the unique terroirs of the region with minimal intervention and traditional winemaking philosophy.

On 17th Mar (Thu), Mr. Toni Sarrión, the winemaker of Hacienda Solano, will join us online and share with us his winemaking philosophy on making world-class wines with perfect balance between power and elegance of Tempranillo grown in Ribera del Duero, which have the depth from the old vines, and freshness from limestone soils of their vineyards that are moving toward an organic certification.
