We are pleased to invite you to a wine tasting hosted by Mr. Joao Pires MS, representative of Château Pavie, who will visit Hong Kong in April.
One of the only two Premier Grand Cru Classé “A” in Saint-Émilion, Château Pavie is one of the most iconic châteaux of Bordeaux. With a history dating back to the 4th century, the estate is managed by Gérard Perse since 1998, who also owns Château Monbousquet, with an aim of producing the best quality wines in the region.
Today, Château Pavie is an estate with 37 hectares of undivided vineyards with an exceptional terroir that benefits from the south exposure to the sun, located on the limestone slopes and plateau, producing extraordinary wines with concentrated fruits, minerality, and velvety tannins. Arômes de Pavie is the second label started with the 2005 vintage. It is sourced from young vines produced with the same care and attention.
