This 2023 Semillon is such a delight. There are notions of cold buttered toast and creamed honey, honeysuckle, crushed shells, green apple skins, layers of brine and chalky phenolics, fresh/warm lawn clippings and just a lovely curve of saline acidity. What a joy. What pleasure.RP

Brokenwood Hunter Valley Semillon 2025
Vibrant in colour, with lots of luminous green tints. Lovely florals and apple blossom aromas. Mouth-filling flavours of lime juice, green apple, and lemon pith balancing the refreshing acid backbone. The flavours linger on for quite some time, similar to the 2024, a classic early release Hunter Valley Semillon.
