The 2019 Reserve Cask is a bottling of the perpetual cuvee used in the Cruse Tradition sparkling wine, aged an additional year in cask and then bottled on its own. Disgorged in October 2023, it has intense, savory aromas of yellow apples, mixed nuts, brioche, pie crust and saline. The palate features concentrated, savory flavors and creamy mousse. Its acidity is gently tangy (it received no dosage), and it has long, layered finish. RP
