A slightly more deeply pitched nose combines notes of plum, dark currant, violet and a similar dollop of oak influence. There is excellent vibrancy and lovely detail to the slightly bigger-bodied, though not necessarily richer, flavors that offer excellent length. This too could use more depth though again, that should reasonably occur. BH
