What a fresh and subtle nose with creamy brioche to the lemon zest, fine lees and a mineral streak. Bright and elegant on the palate with a flinty edge to the chalky, limey fruit. Not quite as intense on the palate, but I love the soft-spoken brightness and freshness here. It shows more poise and class rather than power and intensity. Pithy, medium-length finish underscores purity and texture. JS
