Aromatic and seductive nose of violets, wild blueberries, raspberries, thyme, pine, potpourri, orange zest, cloves and slate. Medium-bodied with fine, chalky tannins. Elegant, yet firm and structured, with layers of cool berry fruit and wild herbs. So much wild energy, spice and fragrance. Pinot noir vinified as whole grapes, layered with stems. Unfiltered and unfined. JS
