It’s all lemon and grapefruit, moreish yet a little flinty, perky even, with refined cedary oak and lees all in the background, barely making a noise but humming along. Delicious for sure. JH
Generous, fruit-driven aromas of lemon peel, flint, grapefruit zest, oyster shell and oak spices. The palate is textural and mineral with bright acidity and a nice long line of freshness. There’s a lovely touch of reduction behind the concentrated fruit, courtesy of the sun-kissed vintage. JS
