Concentrated black plum, cherry and blackberry fruits pack considerable punch, layered as they are with deep dark spice notes, licorice, Old Jamaica chocolate and oak nuance. Toothsome, compact tannins plunge through the fruit and the finish echos with blackberry compote and earthy spices. JH

Deep crimson with aromas of super-ripe blackberry, blood plum and black cherry fruits. Densely packed with hints of baking spices, licorice and dark chocolate, a dark earthy resonance, some roasting meats and graphite for good measure.
