The nuanced, scented complexity is so impressive. It makes me think of a exceptional bojo with a touch of North Rhone. Grilled herbs and dried meat aromas plus expressive mineral, berry, sauerkraut and dried lychee notes. Such intensity on the palate, but it’s also ethereal, with lots of mossy berries and pepper dancing through the palate. Extremely long yet delicate and vulnerable. JS
